Noodle Station- It's All About Noodles!

"The Belly Rules The Mind"
Penang is surely known to be heaven for food in Malaysia. Most of the locals and even tourists flock to Penang for its food. Now, there's more options for food lovers- THE NOODLE STATION located at E-Gate (gorgeous location facing the Penang Bridge and next to Tesco). This is surely a NOODLE PARADISE- over 200 menu items, I would say, Noodle Station defines its name! Tonight, we went out for dinner at the Noodle Station. We got the best table reserved! Proud to say that this is a franchise-owned by my cousin, and the very first in Penang. The food was excellent. Menus ranging from noodles, rice, fried rice, western food, dessert, cocktails, and hot /cold beverages. The ambiance of the 'station' is just perfect- cozy with beautiful lighting and warm colours to welcome you plus you get to relax and surf the net free via hotspot Internet connection. The station is new, but yet it is buzzing with lots of customers. I definitely like the idea of a dedicated outlet specialising in noodles! When there are outlets specialising in 'chicken', why not noodles? Laksa shack is there, Chicken Rice is there, now, it's Noodles! :)
We ordered a variety of dishes, I had mee mamak (takleh nak tolong dah, mamak jugak yang kena) LOL, Finaz had wantan mee with dumplings, hubby- rice with chicken and mom had fried koay teaw. It was good- price was reasonable (comparatively cheaper than other high street food outlets). We then ordered another plate of shrimp fried rice! Talk about big eaters! he he he he The best part of the menu selection is the variety of cocktails. Finaz had New Age (er....it looked pretty and Finaz said it tasted good). We then had the Mango Snow and Banana Split on the house- Thanks Abg Ee...geeeee....nak lagi lain kali ye?

Syabil was trying his best to get his Abang Fikri to share the laptop with him. Whenever Abang Fikri turns, he would touch the laptop and type something! hahahahah naughty! However, Abang Fikri was too busy to entertain him. It was fun looking at him trying to get his way to use the laptop. Cheeky but cute!!!!

Daryn on the other hand wasn't comfortable being held by Tok Na and Cik Min. She was crying and looking for the familiar faces- plus she was sleepy. (susah mummy nak enjoy makan)!

After the food, I was just sitting and browsing through the menu...and I would say this....NOODLE STATION IS INDEED A ROMANTIC STATION-PERFECT FOR LOVERS!

Why???? Check out what is written on the menu.......

I Miss You Lemonade & I Love You Lemonade!

Isn't that romantic? :) Now, I hope in our next trip, my hubby would be 'romantic' enough to order me one of those.....
